Acceptable Use Policy

When you submit an enquiry you are telling us you:

• Are giving us your own contact details, or those of someone who has asked you to act for them.
• Have a genuine interest in the service you are asking about.
• Are 18 or over.

Submitting someone else's details without their knowledge causes a real person to be contacted by a real business. Do not do it.

You must not:

• Submit false, fake or test enquiries, or enquiries on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
• Use the site to advertise, solicit business from our partners, or recruit professionals away from our network.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy content, fee data, partner details or page structure, whether manually or by automated means.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to submit forms, or attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs or other controls.
• Attempt to gain access to the admin area, any API, any database, or any account that is not yours.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its availability for others.
• Upload or transmit anything containing malware, or anything unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing.
• Reverse engineer, frame, mirror or republish the site or any substantial part of it.
• Misrepresent yourself as OneClickGo, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Our robots.txt states which automated access we permit. Crawling for general search indexing is welcome. Large-scale extraction of our content — including for training or populating a competing dataset or service — is not permitted without written consent.

Automated submission of enquiry forms is never permitted. Every submitted enquiry is sent to a real professional who pays for it, so a fake one has a direct cost to a third party.

You keep ownership of anything you send us. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — matching you with professionals, answering your enquiry, and keeping records we are required to keep. We will not publish what you send us.

Do not send us special category data (health, religion, political opinions and so on) unless it is genuinely necessary — for example where a sale is connected to a Fair Deal or health-related valuation. Our privacy policy explains how such data is handled.

We may, without notice where the circumstances justify it:

• Block an IP address, device or email address.
• Withdraw or delete an enquiry, and tell the affected professional that we have.
• Suspend or terminate a professional partner’s agreement.
• Report the matter to An Garda Síochána or another authority where we believe an offence has been committed.

Where someone has caused loss to us or to one of our partners, we reserve the right to recover it.

If you think someone is misusing this site, or you have received contact you did not ask for, tell us at hello@oneclickgo.ie. Include anything that helps us identify what happened — a date, an email address, a reference number. We investigate every report and will tell you the outcome.

If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to the same address before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.
