OneClickGo is an introduction service. We collect your requirements and pass them to independent professionals who may be able to help. We do not provide property services ourselves.
Specifically, we are not and do not hold ourselves out to be:
Any contract for the actual work is between you and the professional you choose. We are not party to it. This is set out more fully in our terms of service.
Our service is free to you. We are paid by the professionals we introduce you to. Because that affects which professionals you see, we set it out in full on a separate page: how we make money and how we rank professionals.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why; our cookie policy covers cookies and similar technologies. Data protection queries go to privacy@oneclickgo.ie.
The supervisory authority for Ireland is the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at hello@oneclickgo.ie. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 20.
If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), Bloom House, Railway Street, Dublin 1, D01 C576. Complaints about a professional we introduced you to are usually a matter for that professional's own regulator — the PSRA for estate agents and valuers, the Law Society for solicitors, or SEAI for BER assessors.
Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. We therefore do not link to it.
The content, design, code and branding of this site are owned by OneClickGo or used under licence. Copying, republishing or scraping them for commercial use is not permitted without written consent. Our acceptable use policy sets out what is and is not allowed.
This website and our services are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
