This policy explains what personal data OneClickGo collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It is written to meet our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
OneClickGo operates oneclickgo.ie, an Irish marketplace that matches people who need property services with regulated professionals — estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, engineers, BER assessors and related trades.
For the personal data described in this policy, OneClickGo is the data controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@oneclickgo.ie.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, and have not done so. Privacy queries go to the address above.
Information you give us. When you request quotes we ask for your name, email address, phone number, Eircode or county, the service you need, the type of property, when you plan to sell, and anything you write in the message field. If you subscribe to updates we collect your email address. If you contact us we keep the correspondence.
Information we collect automatically. When you use the site we record the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and advertising identifiers such as a Google Click ID (gclid) or UTM campaign tags. Our hosting and security layer processes your IP address and browser user-agent to serve the site and to apply rate limiting.
Information you type into our guidance tools. Our tenancy and landlord guidance tools send what you type to an AI provider to generate a response. Please do not enter information you would not want processed by a third party, and do not enter anyone else's personal details.
We do not seek special category data. We do not ask for health, financial account, or similar sensitive information. Please do not include it in free-text fields.

Some providers above process data in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures. These periods are enforced automatically by a scheduled deletion job, not by hand.
Once a professional has received your details, their own retention policy applies to their copy. Ask them directly, or ask us and we will tell you who received it.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@oneclickgo.ie. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28 — dataprotection.ie. We would rather you came to us first, but you do not have to.
We use encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and rate limiting on the endpoints that accept your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet. If a breach affects your rights and freedoms we will notify the Data Protection Commission, and you, as the law requires.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
