These terms govern your use of oneclickgo.ie. By using the site or submitting a request you accept them. Please read section 4 in particular — it sets out what we are and are not responsible for.
OneClickGo is an introduction service. We collect the details of what you need and pass them to independent professionals who may contact you with a quote. That is the whole of our role.
We want to be unambiguous about what follows from that:
The service is free to you. Professionals may pay us for introductions; that does not change what you pay them, and it does not oblige you to use anyone we introduce. Exactly how we are paid, and what determines which professionals you are matched with, is set out in how we make money and how we rank professionals.
Your use of the site is also subject to our acceptable use policy. Our company and registration details are on the legal & company information page.
You agree that:
We may suspend or refuse access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
We take reasonable steps to work with professionals who hold the licence or registration their profession requires — for example a Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) licence for estate agents, or Law Society registration for solicitors.
This is not a guarantee. Registration status can change, and we cannot continuously verify every firm. You should satisfy yourself before engaging anyone: ask for their licence or registration number and check it on the relevant public register. We encourage you to do this and we will help you find the register if you ask.
Our guides, fee tables, county pages, calculators and the tenancy and landlord guidance tools are general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, valuation or professional advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Fee ranges we publish are indicative market figures, not quotations. No professional is bound by them. Actual quotes vary by property, location, complexity and the individual firm.
Our guidance tools are generated automatically using artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Do not act on anything they say without checking it with a qualified professional. Do not enter confidential information, or anyone else's personal details, into them.
We provide the site on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not promise that:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are unaffected by these terms.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
That limit reflects the fact that the service is provided to you free of charge. If it is not acceptable to you, please do not use the site.
If something goes wrong, tell us. Email hello@oneclickgo.ie with what happened and we will look into it and come back to you.
A complaint about a professional's conduct or work should also go to them directly and, if unresolved, to their regulator — the PSRA for estate agents and property service providers, the Legal Services Regulatory Authority for solicitors, or the relevant professional body.
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy, which form part of these terms. In short: when you submit a request, you are asking us to pass your details to professionals so they can contact you.
The text, design, guides and data on this site belong to OneClickGo or our licensors. You may read and share them for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or systematically extract them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you submit a request is the one that applies to it. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
